wow, it says my last post was 13 weeks ago!
Tomorrow, the 21st will be my last day working at Patti's Hallmark.
I have worked there for a year and a month now and decided to do
what is best for me.
Hallmark is way too dramatic, they make take on responsibilities of
an Assistant Manager or Manager yet without the title or pay because
i've been there the longest, know everything and they are doing poorly
money wise. That's no excuse to treat me that way and to never give
me not ONE single raise.
They hate it when a group of us there were/are best friends. They want
us to be friends in the store but not outside the store....isnt that fake then?
I'm coming from this with more knowledge, more experience, my head held
high and a group of amazing friends. I'm glad I gave my notice when I did.
I don't give a shit if you are the owner's daughter, you should NEVER make
your employees (or anyone for that matter) feel stupid or below you because
you are rich and old.

This is a month of Good Byes because we were evicted from my house of 7
years. No more privacy, or huge room. But Hello new start for my mom and
me. No more asshole stepdad. I feel bad that I am farther away from my friends,
family and Richie =[

Good Bye home, shane, privacy, Patti's Hallmark, money (damn) and everything else
with that group. But honestly it was a cycle of abuse and I'm excited for the change.
No more going home and being scared, no more leaving home to work and being
treated like shit! (sorry for the constant cussing)

I did get hired at Old Navy and Target but the problem is two of the managers were fine
with me working at Target but the third manager wasn't because Target is Old Navy's
competitor....meaning she called me telling me I will not be scheduled until I quit Target.
I've listed the pros and cons but they weigh eachother out and I cannot decide.
I'm thinking of looking for another job that will give me the same pay as Old Navy and leave
them. Because ON won't let me work for any other retail, not even Babies R Us!!
I need another job.

Friends are great, family is better, Richie and I celebrated our 2 year ann. and are doing so great =]

Im babysitting baby Ian right now and hes watching WallE.
We just got back from playing with toy cars in the park, so much fun lol.
this is the first time in sooo long that ive seen him and babysat him.
He knows and understands a lot.
Its crazy! He makes me smile with all that he understands now =]

Everything else has been pretty damn good.
Still working both jobs and i have been seeing a lot of my friends lately...old, current and new =]
love it.

I would still like to find a new job and I did find the truth out about something
that saddens me but im glad now i know! =]

Valentines Day was amazing,
even though i had to work! lol
Richie sent me flowers at work =]
Beautiful surprise.
I won the contest at work: to sell
the most vday balloons for a starbucks gift card.
yeeeah buddy!
So we had to wait to actually celebrate this week coming up
because of lame jobs.
Both my jobs are great.
Hallmark is giving less hours cus we are going to remodel
soon.
My bday is next week, not really an exciting age..just 20.
I'll be in the next age group which scares me to be honest! lol.
I joined 24 hour fitness this week. I've been going every day
and i got mine for a really good deal.
I'm already getting back into it, thank the maker!
Lately the main thought on my mind is that im ready to save and
plan for my next adventure.

Both jobs are going great.
I miss my friends who were fired tho.
This week coming up im starting to babysit a little
2 month old boy named Joseph but his nickname is Jas =]
Tomorrow is my first day off in a week so im super excited for that!
I need a new book to read tho

I'm now working 3 jobs.
Two part time.
Hallmark and working through this nanny agency. The agency pays me once a week, they bring work to me, theres no tax, i make good money and i make my own schedule to go with Hallmarks. Oh! and if i babysit a kid that brings his friend over for a few hours i get to get paid double, plus tip plus they pay for my gas.
Theres no down side to this =]
And the third is the one nanny job i mentioned last time.
besides work i have been spending time with richie and girls from work.
Im ready for my next adventure and to see old friends =]

Hey Everyone!
Today I took my mama to get her surgery done. It's kinda sweet when the tables turn and its
you taking care of your parents insted of them taking care of you =]
And i got paid today, so another smile =]
I'm happy that the holiday season is done for work but sad cus i love this time of year.
Now work is going back to normal, yay!
Yet now we are working really hard on all the Valentines Day stuff...man retail really does
push to make the year go by faster huh?
I started this new once-in-a-while babysitting job.
$10 an hour.
Good extra cash!
The little girl is 1 and she knows the words...Duck, Mama, Dada, Dog, Bear and Uh-Ohs!
So cute.
New years eve was fun and so have been all of the little get togethers ppl have been
having.
I love seeing everyone and having a good time

I am -Moneys in the bank because my last pay check BOUNCED! ummm?
have you ever heard of a company not putting enough money into their account
for their employees checks?
They told me too late so i was spending it like i had it and every time i used the card
i was charged -35.
Ouch.
They gave me a new check and refunded me but big whoop....now im not - but 0.00
fun?
This is the worst week that it could happen because i have so many bills and things to
take care of.
Thats my vent.
The good is i just spent the last 4 days straight with Richie =] mmm happiness.
He always makes it all better.
Its going to be weird having the bed to myself tonight.
Conert thursday! yays.
Beautiful season, lights and trees and the smell of winter. All i need now is rain.

Happy Late Thanksgiving =]
I hope everyone had a great one.
Mine was pretty good but im more excited for Christmas.
I think mine will be like that new movie 4 Christmas cus
Richie wants me to go to LA to meet the rest of his fam...eeek no thank you lol
I get so nervous but im going to suck it up and put my fear behind me.
So theres his moms side, then seeing his dad, then my dad/patty, then my mom/shane
then my sister/grandma ruth and then maybe my uncles. Richie is lucky all of his fam
meets in one spot =P
He makes me very happy <3
Yesterday i hung out with Britt and that was a lot of fun.
I got to see Theresa which was great to catch up and go shopping.
Work is work. I hate it but i love it. I hate upper management but i love
my friends there, being goofy during closing and getting paid =]
The day there can kill me but the night will save me.
I have an interview tomorrow. I hope i get it!

wow, 5 more days until Iceland!
time has gone by fast.
I am so happy with the amazing people in my life right now
but a part of me feels like i need to start something new and
meet more people.
Once i get back from my trip and go job hunting for either a 2nd
job or a new job and leave Hallmark, i want to know and make new
friends and try new things.
I have 2 best friends at work, Holly and Megan. They are my rocks there.
We 3 get along so well and im so glad i met them.
I guess what started this thought process was when i was admiring
invatations we have at work and i started thinking that i have a good
group of best friends but it only seems like a handful to me because
2 of those people live out of state. I got along with Megan and Holly
right away and i would like to find that at my next job.
annnnyways, ive been vintage shopping lately and my mom got me
these cute vail hats and gloves.
Revelations comes out this week! cant wait to read it on the airplane!

Not much is new, just packing and shopping for my trip.
Ive been making To Do Lists and making plans with
friends ima see before i go.
8 more days! ah thats so close.

When i get back i will be looking for a new job.
Does anyone know of anywhere hiring? Or any
good temp places? I would be forever greatful!
I need to step it up more, yeah im working 35
hours a week but i need to take better care of
my mama. Giving her a bigger allowance would
be nice =]

I need to find something to do for halloween too.

Work is finally calming down and getting better.
Friday my boss walked out of the store and quit
because she was talked to by upper managment
on topics like her working us too hard and she
cannot always threaten our jobs etc.

Sat. I went shopping with Richie and his mom to
get him warm clothes for our trip. His passport
thing is over and has one. I was worried there for
a second!

Hung out with Erica Monday and she put more blue
in my hair. Loooove it! I love hanging out with her
cus we just get eachother.

The girls at work and I are getting along great =]

I must say, things are pretty good except for ONE thing
that i completely just remembered.
Last week when i was leaving for work there were papers on
our front door saying that our house will be up for auction
Nov 6th 2008.
So when i get back from Iceland i will be homeless =[
Im truly going to miss this lovely house.

Megan and I were in the back room of Hallmark with a list of ornaments
that we need to pull from the shelves to fill the empty spots in the store.
We were looking for the ornanments, laughing and filling up a handbasket
when out of nowhere we start singing the Baby Got Back song lmao.
It was awesome and sooo random. We were working and singing very
loud but then Kelly comes in (shes above us, work wise) annnnd
she bitched at us for not remembering where all the ornaments are
by heart like she does.
1) we always get new ornaments so it is hard to know every single one
let alone where its at by heart!
2) she only knows it because shes always back there, we never get a chance to.
annnnd
3) she ruined our Hallmark Musical lol

Everything is great, working a lot. Spending time w/ people i love.

now we BOTH have our passports and everything is set.
im sooo relieved!
our trip is in about 33 days =]
Besides that, work bumped my hours up by like 10-15
i think next week im working 40.
Ive been working really hard and the new girls r doing great.
we hang out and even tho i miss the ones that got fired, im glad
i get along with these new girls because when you spend most
of you time somewhere you need friends.
now im cleaning before work, oh joy.

I GOT MY PASSPORT TODAY!
i went last saturday to my appointment and now
less than a week late, i got it =]
everything is set.
But of course, now im waiting to see if Richie got his.
There might be a problem with his because he didnt have a
photo ID but did have his S.S. Card.
Im freaking out with so much EXCITMENT!

Passport, Old Best Friends, and Work

Passport: I finally made an appointment for Richie and I to turn
in our paperwork/get our pics taken for our passports.
We have been stressing out so much about it because our trip is in
a month and 1 week (wow thats not that far..eek!) and we only have
the paperwork filled out.
I researched, called and asked all of my questions
(which im proud of lol lame)
The very helpful lady answered all of my questions AND said
that we dont have to pay $70 extra for the Express one.
The normal one we will get in only 2 weeks! omg thats so amazing!
So our appointment is saturday and then we are home free, hope
nothing gets in the way =]

Old Best Friends: My very first best friend i made was when i was 6
years old and she was different than all of my other friends cus
i actually wanted to tell her stuff etc. Taya and I have been friends since
then but she moved away when i was 9 and we've remained close friends.
After all of these years we call/write/email/myspace and she came down
to visit this week. Its weird how her and i grow up, became who we are
but we are still so close and have a lot in common! Last time i saw
her was when i was 16, a lot has changed and i already miss her.
We had so much fun. annnd she might move down here! yay.

Work: They fired two of my friends yesterday =[ im bummed. A lot of mistakes
were made on my days off and i guess upper managment is like really
mad at them.
So now its back to square 1....new girls...me trainging them...them getting
fired...me being stressed.
There is only ONE girl there now that has been there since ive started working there.
I am 1 of 2 that knows what they are doing and that means a lot more work/hours
I will be working 40 hours now...ouch.
Its stressing me out and i dont like only being paid 8 an hour, i want more.
So im looking for a new job

work is great but i still want something better and more cash.
Especially since im going to be moving out in less than 6 months
and paying for clothes for Iceland/when we are in Iceland.
I need to save for school in the Sping and i want to save a lot of money
for when i have to pay rent, insted of living paycheck to paycheck ya know?

This girl at work, Kellee, she is 26 and has had the worst life story i think
ive ever heard. She vents to me a lot but shes actually a really funny and straight
forward girl. I listen and try to be there for her and on sunday i went into work, opened
my locker to put my purse away and there was a card and a bag of tropical jelly beans
with ribbon around it!
the card was from Kellee and her thanking me for always being there for her and listening
to her. it was so sweet and it made me feel great. =]

On Thursday Richie and i went to have a cute getaway in SD.
we got to stay in this beautiful hotel and spend the next day
sight seeing and shopping.
We did fight sometimes over stupid stuff and i feel really bad.
Its not like us to be like that so we both were very emotional about it.
Everything is fine and perfect again, thank god.
i blame the time of the month =P lol

This week i had an interview to be a nanny, yes, AGAIN and i got the job. yay!
i need more money so this is great =]

i do feel bad right now tho, because i talked to Debbie
(for you who dont know...baby Ian's mama...my old boss and my ex's mom haha)
and she wanted to know if id go on a vegas trip for a weekend in september
and basically have my own hotel room,
theyd pay for that, and all other fees AND help pay off my car.
the bad part is i misread her email...she told me i could bring a girlfriend, or my sister, or mom and put
"we would fee funny if Richie went"
that was along with the list of possabilites of people i could bring..so the "fee" part i thought she ment that
they would pay for them too because we would be sharing the same room.
she actually ment "-we would FEEL funny if Richie went"
forgot the damn L.
I totally get where shes coming from cus its awkward enough that im going on a trip to nanny for my ex's fam
(thank GOD hes not going or else i wouldnt go)...but for my bf to go would be too good to be true =[
I told Richie about the trip and hes all excited because i thought he could go and now i have to tell him no.
Breaks my heart =[
sooo now im thinking of a little get away for him and i for a weekend.

BREAKING DAWN IS AMAZING!
i went to the movies today with katie and i saw the Twilight preview.
I was sooo happy even tho i already new the trailer lol.
yes, i am a dork =]
I am almost done with the book, i dont want it to end!
ive been spending more time with erica, which is awesome.
we just get along so well and theres no drama, we can tell eachother
anything =]
i spent the first half of today with richie, it was so much fun.
i hate how working and other things get in the way sometimes of our time.
but guess it makes the time we do have even more special.

The asshole wanted a divorce so bad from her he stooped this low.
5 years of hell is coming to an end, good & bad.
Thoughts: Now she can start over...if she wants it. where will my stuff go?
where will i go? how many boxes do i need?
i want my mommy to be happy and not cry anymore. what an asshole!

Besides that everything else is really good.
I am looking for another job cus Hallmark is too many girls = drama
No drama for me thanks! lol.
I want to be a personal assistant. That would be fun to me!
Course the kind im looking for is normally in bigger cities.

The Guys, Knife Throwing, Dark Knight, Olive Garden etc

Yesterday Richie and i spent most of the day together.
We went to Olive Garden on a little date and afterward
i suggested that we go and hang out with his 2 best guy
friends, Tyler and Tim because he hasnt seen them all
summer; due to him working, sleeping and seeing me.

At Tyler's house i decided to let the boys be boys and
play a few games so i went in the backyard and tried
archery. It was different than how we did it in PE
because its an expensive bow etc AND it was harder
to pull back so Tylers lil brother suggested we knife throw....

ummm yeah on my first try i stabbed the target and the knife
was deep in there. All the guys were like ummm wtf?
I was proud =] haha. It was kinda creepy cus they all
couldnt do it.

Later that night us 4 decided to go and see Dark Knight.
Hung out at starbucks and the little park. Fun times!
The joker was amazing! it's so sad that Heath died =/
An amazing role to finish on though. Perfect.

Double Date, Work

I had a double date with my friend Anjuli and her bf Phil.
We use to do that before when it was with our old bfs
so it was so much fun doing it again and with our love of
our lives.
Everyone hit it off well =] Richie and Phil got to bond over
guy stuff and Anjuli made dinner.
I got to catch up with her super funny fam and get to know her bf.
All was good, yummy and funny =]
We watched Superbad after dinner and called it a night.
Awesome 5 hours, i want to double again.

I had a scary night at work that scared me a lot =/
Besides that, work is going well. 2 girls are leaving soon.
I get paid wed., yay more money for Iceland!!!

I realized i need new clothes. All of my stuff is old, shopping time!

The ornament premier was this weekend at work and it went very well!
It was kinda fun dressing up in different clothes, we got to wear jeans and
any sports shirt we wanted. Insted of being all nice and fancy clothes.

Work is good, a lot to learn still but they say im learning fast so yay! 2 girls
are leaving in 2 weeks and that sucks because i became close to them =[
So, insted of being the new girl we are going to hire 2 more new girls and i
have to train them! eeek.

This weekend i got to spend the whole weekend with Richie =] I was so happy because
we havent been able to spend that much time together because we both are
working soooo much. I'm happy hehe.

Lets see....lately ive been

.working/saving up money for my trip to Iceland w/ Richie =]
.spent the 4th of july with Erica and her fam. that was lots of fun!
.spending time with different friends that i havent seen or talked to in sooo long
.ive been going to the park in my gated community to read, enjoy the sunshine and
hopefully tan! Im rereading Twilight =]
.the last book of my favorite series comes out next month, exciting!
.Richie & I spent saturday together on a wonderful date. I hate us both working so hard
and our different schedules because it gives us less time together.
